About CODSwiftly

Who we are

CODSwiftly is an ecommerce fulfillment and delivery partner built for sellers who use cash on delivery in East Africa. Serious sellers need more than a courier: they need orders confirmed, customers kept informed, stock handled properly and cash paid back on time. That is the layer we run.

We operate in Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana and Zambia. We grow market by market so that in each country we know the delivery routes, keep local teams close to the operation and fix problems fast.

How we're organised

Our operation is supported by more than 20 dedicated seats handling order flow, confirmation calls, seller communication and delivery coordination, with our office in Westlands, Nairobi.

The goal is not only to move parcels. It is to give each seller an operation they can scale on.

What we do for sellers

• Order confirmation by our call center before anything is shipped.
• Customer communication that builds trust and improves order quality.
• Importation — from China (about 7 days to Kenya and Tanzania), Dubai (5–7 days) or any other country, with customs clearance handled.
• Free returns — a returned order goes back to your stock at no cost. You only pay for delivered orders.
• Storage and fulfillment in our warehouses.
• Last-mile delivery, usually within 6 to 48 hours once stock is local.
• Weekly payouts by USDT, Payoneer or local bank transfer, plus cash-flow advances at any time.
• Stock support or financing for sellers with stable performance.

Why these markets

Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana and Zambia are growing fast, with lower competition and more affordable advertising than saturated ecommerce markets. With the right product, the right offer and reliable operations, sellers can build healthy margins while keeping control of their business.
