Which countries do you cover?
Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana and Zambia. Each country has its own local team, call center, warehouse and delivery.

Do I need a lot of capital to start?

Shipping and logistics
How long does importing take?
From China to Kenya and Tanzania, about 7 days. From Dubai, 5 to 7 days. We can also import from any other country you need, and we handle customs clearance.
How does it work when I start?
You send your stock (or we import it for you), it goes into our warehouse, and from there we handle everything: confirmation, packing, delivery and payouts. You only pay for delivered orders.
How long does delivery to the customer take?
Once stock is available locally, orders are usually confirmed and delivered within 6 to 48 hours, depending on the product, the delivery zone and the route.
Payouts
When do I get paid?
Seller balances are settled and paid out every week.
Which payout methods are available?
USDT, Payoneer and local bank transfer.
Can I get my money before the weekly payout?
Yes. We offer cash-flow advances at any time when you need them.

What are your delivery, return, cancellation and storage fees?
Pricing depends on product dimensions, weight and delivery area, so we share a tailored rate card rather than one table for everyone. You only pay for delivered orders.
