Access control
Team members and partners only get access to the information they need for their role. Accounts are personal, and access is removed when someone no longer needs it.
Handling customer data
Customer names, phone numbers and addresses are used only to confirm and deliver orders and are shared only with the delivery partners who need them.
Website and platform
The website and seller platform use encrypted connections (HTTPS). We keep software up to date and review access and settings regularly.
Payouts
Payout details are verified before funds are sent, and changes to payout details are confirmed with the seller.
Incidents
If we detect a security issue, we investigate, contain it, inform affected sellers when appropriate and take steps to prevent it from happening again.
