CODSwiftly provides ecommerce fulfillment, order confirmation, customer communication, storage, last-mile delivery coordination, payouts and related seller support in Kenya, Tanzania, Ghana and Zambia. The exact scope, pricing and operating conditions for each seller are confirmed directly between CODSwiftly and the seller before work begins.
Use of the website
The website is provided for information and commercial inquiries. You may not misuse it, copy its content without permission, attempt to disrupt it or use it for unlawful purposes. We may update, suspend or remove content at any time.
Commercial terms
Discussions about onboarding, pricing or operations do not create a binding agreement until terms are confirmed in writing between both parties. Pricing, logistics arrangements, payout schedules and stock support can vary with the product, destination, volume and performance.
Products sold by sellers
Sellers remain responsible for the products they sell, including their legality, safety, quality and the accuracy of their advertising. CODSwiftly may refuse to handle products that are prohibited, dangerous or misleading.
Liability
We operate with reasonable care, but nothing on this website is a guarantee of sales, margins or results. To the extent permitted by law, CODSwiftly's liability is limited to the services expressly agreed with the seller.
Intellectual property
The CODSwiftly name, logo, website content and design belong to CODSwiftly unless stated otherwise.
Changes
We may revise these terms. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated version.
